Do not confuse the Administration, which represents the Administrators of your Association on the EKKOU Platform, with the Board of your Association.

Roles and Their Meaning

Secretary RoleCan manage members, meetings, informations, and board records. Cannot access or modify financial records (deposits, contribution payments, expenses).Can write everything except Finance records

Add Admins to your Association

Go to Administrators (Paramètres)

Navigate to the Paramètres / Administrators section.

Click Invite an Administrator

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite. They must have or create an EKKOU account.

Select the role

Assign the appropriate role: Admin, Secretary, Finance, or Supervisor. See the roles table for permissions.

Send the invitation

The person receives an email invitation. Once they accept, they will have access to your association's admin panel.

Manage existing administrators

Only Admins (full role) can deactivate or remove other administrators, except the association owner.

Important!

One person can be both an Administrator and a Member of the same association. They will manage the association from the web admin panel and access member features from the mobile app.
