
Administrators management
| Role | Description | Permissions |

| Administration Role | Full access administrator — can read and write all records, invite and remove other administrators. | Can read and write everything |
| Secretary Role | Can manage members, meetings, informations, and board records. Cannot access or modify financial records (deposits, contribution payments, expenses). | Can write everything except Finance records |
| Finance Role | Can read all records and write only financial records (deposits, contributions, expenses). Cannot manage members or meetings. | Can read everything and write only Finance records |

Navigate to the Paramètres / Administrators section.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite. They must have or create an EKKOU account.
Assign the appropriate role: Admin, Secretary, Finance, or Supervisor. See the roles table for permissions.
The person receives an email invitation. Once they accept, they will have access to your association's admin panel.
Only Admins (full role) can deactivate or remove other administrators, except the association owner.
