Navigate to the SMS Credits section in the admin panel.
Choose an SMS plan
Select the plan that matches your communication needs — from a small trial pack to large campaign bundles.
Complete payment
Pay for the selected plan via Mobile Money or other available payment methods.
Credits are added to your account
Once payment is confirmed, your SMS credit balance is updated and you can immediately start sending messages.

Go to SMS
Navigate to the SMS section to compose a new message.
Select recipients
Choose your recipients: all members, active members only, a specific group, or a custom selection.
Write the message
Keep your message concise. A standard SMS is 160 characters. Longer messages use multiple credits.
Review credit cost
EKKOU shows you how many credits the message will use based on the number of recipients and message length.
Send
Click Send to dispatch the message immediately. Messages are logged in SMS Logs.
Send SMS form
