EKKOU uses a subscription model. Your association must have an active plan to access all features. You can manage your subscription, view billing history, and change plans directly from the admin panel.

Free trial — 30 days to explore!

Every new association on EKKOU starts with a 30-day free trial. During the trial, you can explore all features, register members, and test the full workflow — no payment required.
What's included in the trial

Access to all core features: member management, contributions, meetings, expenses, board, SMS (limited), and more.

After the trial

Once the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using EKKOU. Your data is preserved and no information is lost.

Subscribe or upgrade a plan

Go to Billing & Subscription

Navigate to Billing & Subscription in the admin panel settings.

View available plans

Browse the available subscription plans and their pricing. Yearly plans are typically discounted compared to monthly billing.

Select a plan

Click on the plan that matches your association's size and needs.

Choose billing period

Select monthly or yearly billing. Yearly plans offer a significant discount.

Choose your payment method

Select Mobile Money, bank transfer, or credit card.

Complete payment

Follow the payment instructions. Once confirmed, your plan is activated immediately and your association has full access.

Payment methods

EKKOU supports multiple payment methods for subscription billing:

Mobile Money

Pay via Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Wave, and other local providers available in your region.

Bank transfer

Pay via bank transfer. Contact EKKOU support to receive the bank details and reference for your payment.

Credit card

Pay by Visa or Mastercard directly from the admin panel.

Billing history

All your past subscription payments are listed in the Billing History section. You can view the plan purchased, payment date, amount, and status for each transaction.

Tips!

Use the billing history to download receipts or invoices for your association's accounting records.
