Platform Announcements and Offers

EKKOU uses a centralized announcement system to keep you informed about the latest updates, new features, and exclusive promotional offers for your association.

Where do announcements appear?

Announcements are visible on your main Dashboard, whether you are using:

• The Web Admin interface (ekkou-web-new)
• The Admin mobile app (ekkou-admin-react-native)

They appear as an interactive carousel at the top of your home screen.

Types of Announcements

You will receive different types of communications:

• Announcements (Info): General information about the platform, new guides, or tutorials.
• Offers (Offer): Promotions on subscriptions or partner services.
• Alerts (Alert): Critical information or planned maintenance.

Display Frequency

Each announcement follows specific frequency rules so as not to clutter your workspace:

• Once: The announcement disappears as soon as you have seen or clicked it.
• Daily / Weekly: It reappears periodically to remind you of important information.
• Always: For permanent information (e.g., a welcome offer).

Interactions

Some announcements allow you to take direct action (e.g., "Learn more", "Activate offer") which will redirect you to the relevant page or to external documentation.
